HepatoNet

is the Stoichoimetric network of the human hepatocyte. After its publication [doi, pdf, PubMed], various corrections and additions have been made, see the HepatoNet section.

Genome information

In the investigation of omics data, I have compiled various resources from databases and other information sources and curated information. Mainly, it is about refined gene annotation, see the Genome section.
