Genes classified by protein function

The genes are classified in 10 classes. The purpose is to focus an abitrary transcriptome, proteome analysis to a specific area of cellular function. The classification is disjoint. Such information is not readily available. The list is based on GeneOntology and Ensembl databases. Available on request.

Annotations of selected genomes

This is a selection of dictionaries. They have a simple format to be easily integrated into programs. The data is mainly compiled from Ensembl, and data cleaing, simpification, and some curation was applied. Available on request.
